Key Responsibilities- Destination Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations and products to provide exceptional travel recommendations.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions.
- Itinerary Development: Design and deliver world-class itineraries that exceed client expectations.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell and upsell clients on additional experiences and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of travel experiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of luxury industry experience, preferably in luxury travel sales.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and fluent knowledge of English, certified at a C1 level.
- Passion for Travel: A genuine passion for travel and a strong curiosity about unique experiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in sales with high-profile clients.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort with technology.
