Residential Project Coordinator

F&M Ingegneria SPA is a renowned construction company with extensive experience in delivering high-quality projects.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Work Supervisor to oversee the construction of a residential complex in Jesolo (VE).
The project's duration is estimated at 2 years, requiring the successful candidate to be proactive and detail-oriented throughout.
As Assistant Work Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site office activities, work accounting, and administrative tasks. You will also need to coordinate variant projects during construction requested by the Client and assist with drafting variant reports.
Your duties will include:
- Managing site meetings, convening and participating in discussions;
- Drafting reports on work progress and site inspections;
- Assisting with quality control of materials;
To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or degree in architecture, or surveyor diploma, along with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, is essential.
Additionally, you should have good knowledge of software such as Primus, Autocad, and Office package.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, taking into account the location and requirements of the position.
