Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Tender Manager to join our team at MED-EL in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Handling of Tenders: Manage the operational aspects of tenders in the medical device sector in Italy, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Proposal and Tender Document Preparation: Develop and compile all relevant proposal and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with responsible departments at Headquarters, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Agreement and Contract Review: Review and control all agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with product specifications, delivery times, and other relevant requirements.
  • On-Site Meetings: Attend on-site meetings with public authorities as needed, representing MED-EL and facilitating preliminary market consultations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in an economic or science-related field, preferably in a discipline related to healthcare.
  • Experience: Previous experience in public procurement is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong process and solution-oriented working style, excellent organizational and analytical skills, fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken), and a positive attitude.
  • Personal Qualities: Open-minded, team player, self-reliant, and willing to travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary will be determined based on professional experience, with a minimum salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement of € 41,691.44.

Working Arrangements

This position is limited to two years and is to be filled immediately.
