Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
- Market and promote our payment solutions to existing and potential clients, leveraging your strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Conduct negotiations with potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Represent myPOS AD at industry events, conferences, and local business networks, showcasing our expertise and building relationships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, providing timely and effective support to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate client records and track sales activity.
- Provide expert advice on our payment solutions, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the payment industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
