Job Title: Business Development Manager Polyamide

At Altorecruit, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA region, leveraging your expertise in thermoplastics and engineering plastics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product development strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the thermoplastics or engineering plastics industry.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
