Job Title: Business Development Manager Polyamide

At Altorecruit, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, including OEMs and molders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in key strategic market segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and application development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively across functional groups and levels of the organization.
