Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista esperto nel mercato dei capitali per unirsi al nostro Team Finanza dell'Italgas Corporate.

La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività di capital market per il Gruppo, comprese le emissioni di Bond e le operazioni regolamentate sui mercati finanziari. Inoltre, sarà responsabile della gestione della relazione con le Agenzie di Rating e della pianificazione finanziaria del Gruppo.

Le principali attività del ruolo sono:
  1. Sviluppare e implementare la strategia finanziaria del Gruppo, in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita e di redditività.
  2. Valutare le opportunità di finanziamento sul mercato dei capitali.
  3. Monitorare e analizzare i trend del mercato e le performance degli strumenti finanziari emessi sui mercati regolamentati.
  4. Curare l'emissione del debito e la gestione degli strumenti finanziari.
  5. Gestire le relazioni con le Agenzie di Rating.
  6. Monitorare ed analizzare i rischi finanziari.
  7. Gestire la pianificazione finanziaria del Gruppo.
  8. Collaborare con gli altri team dell'area CFO, per garantire una gestione efficace delle risorse finanziarie dell'azienda.
Requisiti
  1. Laurea in finanza, economia o similare.
  2. Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel mercato dei capitali.
  3. Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti finanziari.
  4. Forte capacità di analisi e di valutazione dei rischi.
  5. Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
  6. Orientamento al risultato e alla crescita dell'azienda.
  7. Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
  8. Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Word, MS Excel, e MS PowerPoint).

  1. Capacità di lavorare in team.
  2. Capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  3. Capacità di comunicazione e di influenzamento degli stakeholder principali.
