Job Purpose:

The person we are looking for will be part of a proactive and effective team, reporting directly to the Service Director. The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting field activities to ensure compliance with QRC rules and processes, mainly regarding corrective actions and compliant management and reporting to the manufacturer.
  • Visiting and supporting customers to promote ad-hoc repairing, spare parts sales, and material number identification.
  • Managing the end-of-support process in synergy with the marketing department and communication to customers.
  • Identifying and promoting business opportunities related to corrective actions (e.g., preventive maintenance campaigns).

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Minimum experience in a Service or Customer Service department.

The candidate should possess:

  • Fluent Italian and intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and proactivity.
