Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support to our customers in the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our direct imaging systems, providing world-class support services, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to enable the sale of our product portfolio.
  • Accurately complete all field reports and maintain a high level of documentation.
  • Represent the company culture and values in a professional manner.
  • Travel extensively to support customer base, up to 3 weeks or more per month.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Electronics or Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluent in English and Italian language.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel extensively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
