About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Getinge Italia S.r.l. in Roma. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing service activities on customer sites, including maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service activities on customer sites, including maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure that all service activities are completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Technical high school diploma or technical degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical field or similar role.
  • Fluent Italian and basic English language skills.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
