Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at Sysmex Europe GmbH. As a key member of our regional technical service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime of our instruments installed base in the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers in the field, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with end-users and laboratory stakeholders, providing training and support as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair activities at customer sites and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial functions to design tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in engineering, with advanced certification in electronics and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • Technical knowledge of electronic equipment, preferably in the IVD sector.
  • Proficiency in PC tools and software applications, with fluency in English and Italian.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry, with leadership experience and a proven track record of success.
