Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at IMA Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial freeze-drying plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and mechanical testing of the plant (FAT)
  • Installation of the plant at the customer's site (SAT)
  • Implementation of software modifications in collaboration with the design office
  • Communication of testing activities progress to other company departments
  • Interface with other departments to resolve technical and documentary nonconformities
  • Identification of nonconformities during the qualification phase and acting as the first interface to the Customer for troubleshooting
  • Intervention at the Customer's production Plant in case of failure
  • Assignment of company car for mixed use, potentially expected
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical studies: ITI diploma or engineering degree
  • Experience on refrigeration equipment
  • Willingness to travel 200/250 days per year
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience on Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) refrigeration equipment is a plus. Ability to adapt to unexpected situations on refrigeration systems at low temperatures (from -50°C up to -100°C) is also desirable.
