We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to enhance our product knowledge base. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving existing documentation, ensuring it is accurate, clear, and visually appealing.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and correcting documentation formatting and errors;
  • Suggesting improvements for content and layout to enhance clarity and usability;
  • Participating in product meetings and new feature releases, providing valuable input to ensure accuracy in documentation;
  • Organizing and streamlining product documentation in Notion, ensuring consistent formatting and ease of navigation;
  • Creating short videos to explain new features;
  • Posting product news on LinkedIn.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate profile would include:

  • 1 year of experience as Technical Writer or similar role;
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow;
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing;
  • Proficiency in Notion (nice to have);
  • Advanced level of Italian (as all team members are Italian);
  • Advanced level of English (as most of the documentation is in English);
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • A passion for technology and/or making an impact in healthcare;
  • Spanish a plus (nice to have)
