**Role and Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies

• Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes

• Develop and maintain a network of internal and external resources to support recruitment efforts

• Provide timely and engaging communication to candidates throughout the hiring process

• Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy

• Promote ION Group's values, culture, and mission

• Develop and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition practices

• Analyze data from applicant tracking systems, post-interview surveys, and other feedback loops to inform recruitment strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and develop solutions to improve recruitment processes

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ION Group's business needs and talent requirements

• Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of recruitment teams

**Requirements**

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or marketing

• Proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on global expansion and diversity

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the EU

• Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with teams across multiple time zones

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and recruitment strategies

• Strong results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives

**Contract and Locations**

• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent contract

• Locations: Pisa, Italy
