We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerate individual to join our People & Culture team as a Europe Payroll Intern. As part of the Europe HR Payroll Team, you will excel in this role if you are ready to actively manage the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Payroll Team for the Europe region
- Assist in preparing and submitting monthly payroll reports
- Ensure accurate timekeeping records through time and attendance controlling
- Assist with payroll data entry and updating employee records
- Support in managing all HR documentation and Employment contracts
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills
