Il tuo nuovo RuoloEntrando a far parte del nostro team Sales, avrai la responsabilità di formare, gestire e motivare un team di risorse, coordinando le attività in modo proattivo e strategico, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali prefissati.
Le tue SkillsCosa farai:
- Motivare e supportare il proprio team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali;
- Coordinare e gestire le attività del proprio Team, supportandolo nel raggiungimento dell'obiettivo;
- Analizzare e monitorare quotidianamente le attività del team attraverso gli strumenti aziendali (report sales performance);
- Contribuire alla crescita della struttura, individuando talenti commerciali e garantendo loro concrete opportunità di carriera professionale.
Cosa richiediamo:
- Background economico e/o commerciale;
- Forte orientamento al Cliente e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Otte doti comunicative e di gestione del tempo;
- Spiccate doti di apprendimento dell'infrastruttura tecnologica e degli strumenti di analisi
- Capacità di proposta di analisi e reportistica per il monitoraggio e l'interpretazione dell'attività del team
- Conoscenza del prodotto auto e servizi aggiuntivi in termini commerciali, fiscali e normativi;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di team di vendite online in/outbound, preferibilmente nel settore automotive.
Luogo di lavoro: Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2.
Orario di lavoro: lunedí-venerdì full time - Smart working previsto
