The Good Feet Store Midwest is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and exceed performance expectations.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in motivating and inspiring employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

You will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, monitoring store metrics, and recruiting top talent to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate store operations to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Cultivate a premium employer image in your market
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control
  • Motivate and inspire employees, leading by example
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
  • Resolve customer concerns

Working hours are weekdays 10 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM – 5 PM, and Sundays 12 PM – 4 PM, with Saturday contests and lunch incentives.
