Account Manager Team Leader

About the role:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Native Italian and English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
