Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Commercial Strategy to join our team at Integra Lifesciences. As a key member of our International EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate growth and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and create detailed business plans
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and analytics
- Implement Targeting & Segmentation project for Integra EMEA
- Implement SFDC as CRM system and use analytics to drive insights
- Drive Pricing strategy for EMEA and lead Margin improvement project
- Manage Distributor compliance and ensure all data is centralized for EMEA
- Lead Quotes & Tenders EMEA team and Project management office of any GTM changes across EMEA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of leading commercial transformation for EMEA business
- Up to 15 years' experience in a previous P&L leadership role
- Team leadership experience with a focus on people development and driving a positive work culture
- Strong ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong Multinational experience across multiple EMEA countries, ideally in MedTech or Pharma industries
Personal Competencies:
- Work with an entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
- Strong ability to implement change and problem solve when required as part of business growth strategy
- Ability to collaborate and manage positive relationships with stakeholders across International Sales & Marketing, Finance and other Functional Areas and at all levels
- Outstanding communication skills [both written and verbal] in particular a strong ability to clearly communicate changes in requirements, financial analysis and business data
- Strong Attention to detail to ensure accuracy data management and reporting of relevant metrics
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to multi-task working on multiple deadlines and in a fast-paced multi-national environment
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and critical thinking skills working alongside Sales, Marketing and Finance
