Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FAE/Systems Optimization Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Extended Teams to ensure overall technical design proposal meets customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage complex sales engagements, including proposal development, presentation, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Supermicro's products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the IT or semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex sales engagements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong technical background and experience working in IT and data center environments.
