The role involves overseeing, gathering, and disseminating all multimedia materials for television and various infotainment channels.

Key Duties
  • Overseeing all multimedia materials, with a focus on revenue generation and onboard marketing initiatives.
  • Gathering essential information and content from different departments.
  • Producing clips and promotional materials to boost onboard revenue and provide general information.
  • Updating and maintaining all infotainment platforms (ITV, totems, Costa virtual plaza, LED screens, and other informational displays such as those at Guest Services and the Excursion Office).
  • Collaborating closely with all onboard departments requiring advertising, ensuring timely receipt of information and details on upcoming promotions from each manager.
  • Verifying that all published materials are current and relevant.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Costa Identity manual in all published content.
  • Prioritizing safety procedures onboard, recognizing that improper use or alterations to systems may pose significant risks to personnel.
  • Reporting any equipment issues to the Head Technician, in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, with a focus on graphic arts, video editing, and communication.
  • Proven experience in editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in video and graphic creation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Strong creativity and management capabilities.
  • Proficient in English.
