Job Title: KYC Administrator

GRS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled KYC Administrator to join our client's team in Nicosia. As a KYC Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by conducting client reviews and due diligence, reconciliations of client accounts, and assisting with the overall functioning of the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing client reviews and due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct annual client reviews for entities/individuals in accordance with a risk-based approach.
  • Verify that client-provided KYC/Due Diligence information/documentation meets the company's requirements.
  • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate client data is maintained.
  • Perform client negative database screening through software such as World-Compliance and resolve/investigate potential hits.
  • Monitor AML risk levels for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support & Onboarding Department to ensure AML procedures are followed.
  • Elevate any AML suspicions to the AMLCO.
  • Perform other ad-hoc AML-related tasks as required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Previous experience is mandatory.
  • Any AML certification/diploma is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in a Financial Institution/PS/EMI is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to attend seminars.
