About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Amazon Ads team in Italy. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our advertising solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers.
  • Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace.
  • Stay up-to-date with the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing.
  • Sales experience in advertising, media, or agency landscape, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business fluent English and Italian.
