Founded in 2015, Thinkinside is a pioneering Software as a Service (SaaS) company with roots in the esteemed research world of Trentino. Our overarching objective is to digitally transform indoor spaces by providing actionable insights through advanced analytics, KPIs and real-time location-based services.

**About the Role**:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

About You

  • You have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in digital transformation projects.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software, such as HubSpot, and have experience working with technical products or ICT services.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have a good understanding of marketing strategy and business development.

Your Responsibilities**:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the sales manager for further development and closure
  • Achieve sales quarterly quotas
  • Identify new potential prospects and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team up with the sales manager to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Organise events and online fairs in collaboration with marketing
  • Identify new RFI/RFQ/tenders locally and internationally

Compensation & Benefits**:

The estimated salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
