About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Solutions Architect to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engineering software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pre-sales team in managing technical solutions for RFQs
  • Analyze market trends and technological landscapes to evolve our offering and propose new trends and high-end technologies
  • Support qualifying prospection meetings to present and position our offer portfolio throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Support the definition of sales pipeline and go-to-market planning
  • Work actively in leading and deploying strategic projects
  • Monitor and propose improvement plans to meet project financial targets
About You

We are looking for a proven and enthusiastic Technical Leader with a passion for software solutions. You should have a higher education degree in software engineering and at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with client-facing experience in a solutions architecture, technical consulting, or presales engineering role.

You should have a strong understanding of project planning and budgeting, as well as experience in managing project financial KPIs and targets. Additionally, you should have knowledge of distributed software solutions, modern software technologies, and architectures.
