About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at GlobalBlue_IT. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Issuing Solutions integration projects with external partners from the execution phase to the rollout of the developed and certified solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget, and in compliance with the processes of Global Blue Professional Services.
  2. Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS services.
  3. Support the definition, implementation, and governance of an efficient Partner Integration project process.
  4. Support the Commercial Organization and the Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy.
  5. Ensure that the implemented Issuing Solutions are anchored correctly in the GB organization.
  6. Maintain the Country Requirement updated.
  7. Provide technical pre-sales support.
  8. Offer 2nd level support to the local FS teams.
  9. Regular review meetings with Partner Manager.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience in managing technical projects with external stakeholders.
  2. IT educational background.
  3. Experience in working with virtual and distributed teams.
  4. Customer consulting services.
  5. Independent and self-motivating personality.
  6. Italian native language.
  7. English language.
  8. Working knowledge within the retail industry preferred.

  1. Solid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systems.
  2. Ability to communicate with external partners in an efficient and structured way.
  3. Accuracy, ability to analyze situations quickly, and to identify the correct measures.
