Department Supervisor

Primark is a global fashion retail company with stores in Italy and over 5,000 employees. We are expanding our presence in Italy and are looking for a talented Department Manager to join our team.

As a Department Manager at Primark, you will be responsible for leading a team of around colleagues in a store with a median floor space of 4,000 square meters. You will work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience.

• Lead, develop and train a team of at least employees
• Manage the commercial activities of your department, including stock analysis and replenishment
• Ensure high sales standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• You must be determined to grow and become a Store Manager in our future store openings
• You should have at least 2 years of experience in retail or general merchandise
• You should have experience in team management, development and training
• You should be dynamic and proactive
• You must be willing to relocate within Italy, with the possibility of expressing a preference for up to 3 regions where we operate
