Chief Engineer Operations Center Milan

Responsibilities:
* Manage the maintenance of company assets, ensuring compliance with technical and legal obligations
* Analyze engineering needs and opportunities in the hotels under your responsibility and provide feedback to the Operations Center and Engineering Partner
* Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations in the Operations Center buildings and facilities, HACCP, and the prevention of occupational risks
* Supervise the resolution of any technical or legal incidents
* Coordinate the teams in the Operations Center and Business Units and provide instructions for carrying out activities in the Preventative Maintenance Plan
* Supervise the implementation of company policies and projects in matters related to energy use
* Analyze and prioritize Operations Center investment requests for the Risks AIP, collecting all required authorizations according to MHI regulations
* Participate in the preparation of the department's budget according to set guidelines
* Follow up on the defined budget, ensure compliance with it, and report any deviations that may occur within the department to the Business Partner
Requirements:
* Engineering degree
* Strong previous experience in the hotel industry
* Proficiency in both Italian and English
* Budgeting and reporting skills
