Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is pivotal in propelling our business growth and serves as a key member of a team focused on category expertise within the assigned portfolio. This role involves championing the innovation product roadmap, aligning with customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends across prioritized channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product strategies by identifying customer requirements and refining the product vision.
  • Act as a category expert, translating insights into product and category strategies, and creating a long-term product roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
  • Conduct strategic assessments and provide critical analysis to create and implement effective Product to Market strategies that define value propositions and enhance differentiation.
  • Monitor and track stakeholder needs across various product releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care, and Marketing Insights, to articulate and plan comprehensive portfolio opportunities.
  • Manage the product roadmap and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify gaps and prioritize solutions.
  • Identify emerging trends and anticipate market shifts to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Conduct user interviews to gather insights on market needs and pain points, influencing product and category direction.
  • Establish and utilize data sources for product analytics to visualize and analyze user engagement and behavior.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure compelling narratives for successful product launches.
  • Qualify requirements through thorough discovery and validation activities with customers and market research.
  • Prepare reports on portfolio updates, product development, and manage regular team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management, demonstrating a strong understanding of product, portfolio, and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with ambiguous settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product development process and ability to contribute effectively.
  • Proficient in identifying market opportunities through user research and developing product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Passionate about building portfolios, with a strong desire to succeed and curiosity to explore innovative solutions for customers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to navigate ambiguity, skilled in product storytelling, and a creative problem solver.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to engage and build trust with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven success in implementing product marketing strategies, including product positioning and sales enablement.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and experience creating compelling content across various media.
  • Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies.
  • Ability to leverage data from channel partners and competitors to enhance messaging and ensure product-market fit.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and effective project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Drive to organize and facilitate brainstorming sessions for requirements and design.
  • High degree of empathy and ability to connect with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
