Position Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving our business growth. This role involves being a category expert and managing the product portfolio effectively. The individual will lead the innovation roadmap, ensuring that customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends shape our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive product strategies by identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Act as a category specialist, transforming insights into actionable product strategies and long-term roadmaps.
  • Conduct strategic assessments and provide critical analyses to inform product-to-market strategies, defining value propositions and differentiating our offerings.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and track requirements across product releases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing, to create a well-rounded product portfolio.
  • Manage the product roadmap and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to identify gaps and prioritize solutions.
  • Monitor emerging trends and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct user interviews to gather insights on market needs and pain points.
  • Utilize data analytics to track user engagement and behavior.
  • Partner with Marketing to craft compelling narratives for product launches.
  • Conduct thorough market research to validate product requirements.
  • Prepare reports on product development and portfolio updates, facilitating regular team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities through user research and develop product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in implementing effective product marketing strategies.
  • Experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.
  • Knowledge of product-led growth strategies and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A high degree of empathy and problem-solving skills.
