Your Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and driving sales growth. This role requires a combination of strategic insight, creativity, and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:
    • Design and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
    • Leverage market insights to refine strategies and enhance marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various teams, including product development and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  2. Campaign and Content Management:
    • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Produce and manage high-quality content across digital platforms, social media, and traditional media.
    • Work with agencies to enhance online engagement and monitor campaign performance.
  3. Sales and Customer Support:
    • Partner with the sales team to create programs that drive sales growth, including lead generation and promotional activities.
    • Develop sales support materials and assist at trade shows and events.
    • Manage leads and customer inquiries across all brands.
  4. Budget and Performance Management:
    • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
    • Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Analyze marketing campaign results to inform future strategies.
  5. Partnerships and Events:
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
    • Organize events and incentive trips, ensuring all marketing materials are coordinated.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Your Profile:

To excel in this position, you should possess strong energy, determination, and a proven track record in marketing, ideally within the water treatment or HVAC sectors. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on creative solutions.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in Italy.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Fluency in English for participation in international meetings.

Location and Commitments:

This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of remote work up to two days a week. You should be willing to travel for meetings and events.
