Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. As a People Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and updating HRIS, handling the full employee life cycle, participating in payroll, developing and enforcing HR policies, improving HR processes, leading HR technology projects, managing HR analytics, and acting as the primary contact for HR-related issues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update HRIS, ensuring accurate and high-quality data entry for new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacations, and days off.
  • Oversee the employee life cycle, handling onboarding to offboarding processes, including drafting contracts, and managing employment changes, promotions, and terminations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, creating, updating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead HR innovation and analytics, implementing new technologies, driving HR projects, managing HR analytics, creating KPI dashboards, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Proven HR experience, with at least 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international context, with a base knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and CCNL Commercio.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and discreet, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
  • System implementation and continuous improvement, with experience in implementing new HR systems and driving their continuous improvement, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
