People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business results through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on people-related matters, including hiring processes, employment laws, HR policies, and compensation.
- Design and implement employment guidelines and integrate global people processes relevant to your client areas, ensuring compliance with country and EU legislation.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives, leveraging data and analysis to drive business outcomes.
- Support the business in identifying mid and long-term training needs, implementing a learning and development process, and ensuring a continuous learning environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, monitoring employee engagement and retention activities.
