Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Coordinator to join our Italian team at Cap Ingelec Sa.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and support Document Control Management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure the creation, update, and communication of procedures and templates.
  • Coordinate document review priorities with stakeholders.
  • Provide assistance to Site management for documents used during the construction phase.
  • Record final documentation for projects.
  • Monitor and maintain document deliverables lists.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to inform the project team of documentation status.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and perform quality checks.

Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. Proficiency in IT tools, EDMS, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
