Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team at Burberry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong brand presence and drive engagement with customers and team members.
- Monitor and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a luxury environment and ensure excellent execution of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience.
- Retain and develop talent, and lead a high-performing store team.
- Establish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection with the Burberry brand.
- Advocate product and maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance.
- Nurture customer relationships and establish customer-focused behaviors across the store team.
- Drive store performance and productivity, and maintain a commercial mindset.
Personal Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for fashion and a luxury ethos, who is digitally aware and has a strong understanding of local employment and retail legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury brand or in a luxury service and selling environment, and will be able to lead and inspire a high-performing store team.

- Performance against the Burberry Store Management behaviors.
- Burberry Experience & Data Capture scores.
