Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding our distribution network in Italy, leveraging relationships with foodservice and industrial players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new customers that align with our brand strategy, exploring strategic business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and conferences to promote our products.
  • Organize sales visits to showcase our product range, aiming for brand visibility among foodservice clients.
  • Develop a promising sales pipeline and expand sales into new geographic areas.
  • Contribute to feedback culture by tracking customer needs and product applications.
  • Ensure our brand's presence on major foodservice communication channels.
  • Monitor and report on sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Live in Milan or surrounding areas, have a network in Food Chains, Wholesalers, Foodservice Partners, and Industrial Partners, and understand the needs of clients.
  • Be a self-driven, go-getter with a minimum of 5 years or more work experience in Sales in the food & beverage industry/distribution.
  • Be very energetic, a quick-thinker, and solution-oriented.
  • Be enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general.
  • Be a team player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
  • Be a native speaker of Italian, fluent in English, and any additional language is a plus.
