Account Executive Job Description

As an Account Executive at VusionGroup, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our AI and computer vision solutions to existing and new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients in close collaboration with the Key Account Executive.
  • Upsell our specific solution to existing clients.
  • Participate in RFP/tenders in close collaboration with the Key Account Executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with integrators and infrastructure providers.
  • Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network within the retail industry.
  • Participate in client events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience as an Account Executive, ideally in Retail, Software as a Service, AI, or Computer Vision.
  • Familiarity with B2B technical sales cycle.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills across company levels.
  • Ability to identify solution value for clients and transform this into additional sales.
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
  • Possess ability to prioritize strategic tasks.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.

This role involves frequent travel in Italy and sometimes in other European countries.
