Senior Manufacturing IT Systems Analyst

Job Description: AbbVie seeks a skilled IT professional to support manufacturing operations by providing technical leadership and expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT manufacturing system/application support, with a strong understanding of data integrity policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all IT/BTS systems, activities, development, and administration of plant manufacturing and Quality Control IT systems.
  • Manage and implement projects that affect the manufacturing infrastructure, plant systems, security, workstations, support, and IT standards.
  • Collaborate with BTS IAI to maintain oversight over AbbVie network infrastructure pertaining to the site.
  • Ensure system documentation and computerized systems compliance with Data Integrity policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support manufacturing desktop/workstation and server applications.
  • Train employees on relevant applications.
  • Validate/qualify hardware and software as required by AbbVie policies and SOPs.
  • Responsible for data backup and administration/maintenance of the plant manufacturing systems.
  • Protect AbbVie from cyber risk on manufacturing equipment and site assets, adhering to cyber security procedures and practices of AbbVie.
  • Responsible for patching of the plant manufacturing IT systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of IT manufacturing system/application support experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • ITIL (desirable).
  • GAMP (desirable).
  • Waters Empower (desirable).
  • Aveva OSI PI Administration or relevant Data Historian Administration (desirable).
  • POMSnet Administration or relevant MES system Administration (desirable).
  • Microsoft O365 PowerApps/PowerBi.
