About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service excellence across all aspects of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence in guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and guest experience management in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
