Key Responsibilities:- System Operations: Start up and ensure the operation of systems serving the plant, adhering to strict procedures for securing the systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Initiate scheduled preventive maintenance interventions, accurately filling out related forms to optimize content, and utilize the maintenance management system for recording interventions.
- Incident Maintenance: Intervene to restore faults in systems during production phases, collaborate with Managers to propose definitive solutions to recurring issues, and manage external technical assistance personnel.
- Continuous Improvement: Successfully implement improvements on systems to optimize downtime and restart times.
- Education: Technical diploma.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of GMP and safety standards, proficiency in using IT systems and tools, ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams, understanding of thermodynamics, and knowledge of water treatment processes, freeze-drying, and sterilization.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in a similar field.
- Languages: English.
- Personal Traits: Precision, organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and determination.
