Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying current needs of the P&SC functions in terms of basic and advanced data analytics, developing an integrated plan to implement required analytics, and adopting advanced analytics methods to extract insights and value creation from business data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT to design and implement data platforms with high usability standards
  • Identify and adopt advanced analytics methods to extract insights and value creation from business data
  • Perform analysis and build data-driven models to support business cases and strategies
  • Design and implement data-driven culture within the function and outside
Requirements
  • Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing, or Engineering
  • Years of expertise in managing complex data structures
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong passion for data analysis combined with business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel, SQL, and R or Python
