About the Role

Amplifon is a global leader in hearing care solutions and services, with a network of over, points of sale across countries. We're looking for a skilled Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current needs of the P&SC functions in terms of basic and advanced data analytics
  • Develop an integrated plan to implement required analytics in a suitable platform with high usability standards
  • Identify and adopt advanced analytics methods to extract insights and potential new areas of value creation from business data
  • Perform analysis and build data-driven models to support business decision making
  • Create hypotheses and experiments to identify non-explicit relationships among business phenomena
  • Ensure continuous access to data and reporting for different functions
  • Prepare presentations and communication tools supported by data-driven recommendations
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the function and beyond
Requirements
  • Quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing, or Engineering)
  • Years of experience in managing complex data structures
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong passion for data analysis combined with business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen
  • Critical thinking, clear communication, relational, and team building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, SQL, and R or Python
