Job Title: Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

At Mama Shelter, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team. As an ambassador of the Mama brand, you'll embody the Mama Spirit, representing our company with genuine kindness, consideration, and respect for all team members, guests, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the restaurant team to ensure smooth floor operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Assist the Manager in achieving operational and organizational goals for the restaurants and bars.
  • Conduct training sessions and supervise F&B trainings, with a focus on developing the skills of the restaurant team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring they receive necessary training and documentation.
  • Oversee restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality service during all services.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for team members.
  • Interact with guest concerns, requests, and suggestions, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the Manager in creating and implementing new ideas and projects to improve restaurant operations and organization.
  • Participate in monthly inventory and ensure adherence to accounting protocols.
  • Ensure POS systems are up-to-date and managed properly.
  • Manage Res Diary and update calendar events.
  • Respond to emails and respect deadlines set by the direct Manager.
  • Organize and contribute to weekly/monthly meetings with different department roles.
