Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Ensure the execution of all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other duties as required
