Software Systems Designer Junior

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Systems Designer Junior to join our Detailed Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing software systems for our fold and napkin machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software systems for our machinery, including PLC programming, panel design, and motion control.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
  • Support clients on-site and provide technical assistance during all phases of the project.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on software progress and machinery performance.
  • Participate in machine startups and testing, both in-house and on-site.
  • Apply technical solutions to ensure safety compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Automation/Computer/Robotics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in working in industrial automation companies with a multinational context.
  • Proficiency in Siemens and Rockwell PLC programming, LAD, HMI, Safety, drive, and axis control.
  • General knowledge of mechanical and fluidic systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with C and Visual Basic is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to learn and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy and precision.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
