Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Budget Specialist to join our team at the IMA Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing administrative-accounting activities, interfacing with various company functions to identify and resolve administrative and fiscal problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
  • Participate in accounting processes, analyzing contents for periodic audits, infra-annual and annual closing reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting and/or degree in business/accounting field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative office of an industrial company.
  • Knowledge of general accounting and budget preparation, major tax compliance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Previous use of SAP.
