Job Title: Banqueting and Events Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banqueting and Events Coordinator to join our team at Aman. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all events, working closely with the Banqueting and Events Manager to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of all special events and buyouts * Coordinate events' logistics, including public relations, production, and distribution of Event Riders * Assist in the development and fulfillment of events' budgets * Supervise vendors' activities, including set up and dismantling of event setups, coordinating vendors' activities, and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with property rules * Manage crises as necessary * Perform administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, collecting data for periodical reporting, and sales calls reports * Work closely with the Banqueting and Events Manager to fulfill internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals * Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization's brand Requirements: * Previous experience in the same role is preferred * Fluent in verbal and written English * Excellent team worker and oriented to details * Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience * Ability to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to details Benefits: * Excellent growth and progression opportunity as an Events Professional in all Aman properties * Opportunity to help drive strategies, creative problem solving, and shape each of our special events * Company uniform, laundry service, and Buoni Pasto on duty
