Purpose & Impact:

The Brand Center Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the adidas brand experience, supporting the Senior Manager in managing a high-volume store. This role represents the brand and product in the most impactful way, leading the team to provide outstanding consumer experience while maintaining high operational and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amplify the brand with every decision and action, ensuring event and VM execution at the highest standards.
  • Fuel the brand passion within the team, supporting and embodying the adidas retail skills.
  • Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets, supporting the management of all resources within the designated area.
  • Deliver exceptional consumer experience tailored to the Brand Center, ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail operational standards.
  • Foster a positive culture in the store, supporting the Senior Manager to enable the team to create a consumer-centered, authentic, active culture.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business management skills, with P&L and KPI ownership.
  • 2 years of fashion retail management experience with a leading global brand.
  • Leadership role in a branded organization, leading teams and creating a brand experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant market experience with a high street leader.
  • English fluency (B2 or above) and fluency in another language is highly desirable.
