Civil Engineer for Energy Projects

RINA is currently seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Energy to contribute to its operations within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission Overview

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. This role involves managing various projects while collaborating with team members across different departments, clients, and suppliers, ensuring effective coordination within the project discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop conceptual designs related to energy sector assets.
  • Create essential civil engineering documentation during Basic, FEED, and Detailed design phases, including design basis, structural modeling, and calculation reports.
  • Utilize engineering software such as SAP2000 and STAAD Pro for calculations.
  • Support engineering teams by collecting data for permit applications and managing documentation submissions.
  • Prepare project deliverables, including technical reports, performance documentation, and engineering drawings.
  • Generate progress reports and present findings to engineering personnel and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure all activities align with RINA's quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and construction teams, addressing contractor inquiries on behalf of supervising engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
