Junior Project Manager for Digital Energy Innovation

RINA is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager for Digital Energy Innovation to be part of its Energy Innovation Department.

Objective

The successful candidate will oversee international research and development initiatives centered on energy digital transformation.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee or assist in the management of EU-funded R&D initiatives related to power generation, renewable energy integration, decarbonization, and energy transition. Engage in RINA's technical development activities within the context of EU projects, collaborating with global partners. Prepare and deliver reports and outcomes for European research and innovation initiatives focused on energy efficiency, renewable technologies, and smart grid systems. Assist in identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals for European and international R&D programs. Support the expansion of RINA's network of research and development partners in power generation and distribution. Contribute to the development of digital tools that enhance consulting and engineering services.

Required Qualifications

A degree in engineering or computer science with a specialization in energy is preferred. Proficiency in English and Italian is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct research, organize tasks, and achieve results. Open-mindedness towards innovation and creativity.
